The Membrane microfilter in the LifeStraw Go Series provides protection against an impressive 99.999999% of Bacteria (including E.coli and Salmonella), 99.999% of Parasites (including Giardia and Cryptosporidium), and 99.999% of Microplastics, sand, dirt, and cloudiness.
The LifeStraw Go Series is designed for long-lasting use. The membrane microfilter can last up to 1,000 gallons (4,000 liters), which is approximately five years of daily use. The Carbon filter can last up to 26 gallons (100 liters), or about two months of regular use.
