The Survimate water filter bottle is available in a 2-pack, offering a choice of Black Teal or Blue Pink colors. These replacement filters are designed to provide clean, filtered water for running, hiking, camping, and survival situations.
Each water filter bottle employs a 4-stage filtration system, utilizing a coarse filter screen, a 0.01μm hollow fiber UF membrane, a sediment PP membrane, and an activated carbon fiber. This comprehensive filtration process reduces contaminants such as chlorine, odors, heavy metals, sediment, soil, and organic matter, ensuring clean and refreshing water.
Compared to other brands, the Survimate water filter boasts a smaller filter pore size of 0.01 microns, enabling it to remove 99.99% of harmful materials from the water. This higher filtering accuracy sets it apart from filters with a 0.2-micron pore size.
Designed for outdoor adventures, the water filter bottle features a built-in compass at the top, allowing users to easily determine direction while camping or exploring. The filter element itself has a long lifespan, capable of filtering up to 1,500L (396 Gallons) of drinking water, effectively replacing 3,000 single-use plastic bottles (500ml).
For optimal performance, it is recommended to replace the filter element every 3 months. However, proper use and maintenance can extend the filter's service life. It's important to note that this water bottle is not dishwasher-safe and should be cleaned manually.
When using the water filter, users should fill the bottle with water and then sip the straw 8 to 10 times to obtain fresh, filtered water. This process requires more suction than ordinary bottles, as the water needs to be filtered through the 4 layers. To ensure proper air pressure and water flow, users should avoid blocking the silicone hole next to the straw. When not in use, it is best to press the adjustable straw back and secure it tightly to prevent water leakage through the silicone hole.
